heart fucked up!

My nose allergy is killing me and I'm using a very strong nasal spray OTC. I'm drunk now and I think the mix is no good. My heart hurt every time I take a deep breath...like if I have a knife in the chest...and I feel like breathlessness

The heart has no pain nerves so its felt in other parts of the body, its called referred pain. Everyone heard about feeling it in the left arm. A heart attack is a dull pain and pressure feeling if its felt at all. Its often described by saying it feels like an elephant sitting on my chest. I never heard it described as a sharp pain. Sounds like a respiratory issue. Of course and aortic dissection is a sharp pain which killed John ritter, but thats pretty much a rarety and very painful, so no worries. I dont know what it is but Ive had pains when I take a deep breath and eventually goes away. If you are very concerned then theres always the ER. Your call as you know what it feels like.

Thank you! I'm going for some water. The spray's box says "possible chest tightness" But now, drunk, what I feel is like a deep sharp pain in the middle of my chest when I take a deep breath...beats a little bit faster than normal. Little bit of cold sweating in hands and a little lack of breath...symptoms of low BP.

Thats just you freaking out about it causing the sweaty hands and the increased HR. If you had low bp youd feel lightheaded or dizzy especially when standing up. Drink up soon you'll forget about it.

i get i very sharp pain everyonce in a while why i breath in,(goes away in a few sec) its common my buddy mom gets it when she eats too much chocklate.
