Heart attack risk while on cycle?

I've got a question for the community here and really hope someone with some insight can help me out. My question is: Is it dangerous to max your heart rate for an extended period of time while on cycle?

Any time I look for information regarding heart attack as a result of gear, it seems to be in reference to an increased risk over an extended period of time. A lot also speak of increased blood pressure causing heart problems over time...but nothing says it might blow your heart up all at once. If anyone here trains with a heart rate monitor and does interval training with a heart rate over 200 bpm while on cycle, I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

Increased output and bp puts a strain on your heart, no doubt. Another reason to use N2GIARD while on cycle. As long as dosages aren't insane and you don; stay on for extended periods (with adequate "off" time) it shouldn't be a problem.

I think your missing some very important aspects associated with the question. You want to apply specifics in terms of heart rate but are ignoring the specifics of the cycle. The answer to your question is "it depends". No 2 people are the same and no 2 people respond the same to any given cycle.

Maxing heart rate while on cycle without knowing other important details means absolutely nothing and in all honestly whether on a cycle or not is likely less important than the biological markers that indicate increased risk regardless of whether on cycle or not.

Increasing and maintaining high heart rate when you have high BP is bad, you can have high BP on or off cycle.

Increasing and maintaining high heart rate when you have high RBC is bad, you can have high RBC on or off cycle.

So the question really becomes is your cycling causing high BP or high RBC, if yes, then avoid high heart rates. Even without driving your heart rate up both high BP and RBC cause the heart to work harder and increase your risk of problems. AAS commonly increases both to some degree depending on the individual and the AAS and the dose.

This is why I always say its important to monitor labs and your BP so you know whats going on and can make adjustments as needed.
