Yea i emailed the guy who seems to endorse this stuff and refuted his product. well heres what he had to say to me lemme know what u fellas think

"Thanks for your e-mail, as a counter point I have included some ecdysone studies done on humans.

All the best,

Paul

A study(1) was carried out on 78 highly trained athletes to asses the effects of ecdysterone on muscle mass and fat mass. The athletes were split into 3 groups, one placebo group, one protein only and one protein + ecdysone. Amazingly after only 10 days the group consuming protein + ecdysone increased lean mass by 6-7% and reduced body fat by 10%.

Yet another study(2) performed on 112 athletes revealed that 89% of those receiving ecdysone reported improved performance, greater strength and less fatigue all in only 5 days. No reported side effects were noted.

A third study(3) was carried out on 117 highly qualified speed skaters aged 18-28, tests for work capacity, body weight, lung capacity, and VO2 max were measured. Results from the data showed an increase in all the above parameters. Also, a tendancy toward an increase in the exhalation of CO2 and O2 pulse max was seen. "
No flame but I can make up scientific sounding stuff all day. Did he give you any journal references where these "studies" were recorded? If so, post the references. I'd be interested in reading them.

I never said i beleived his bs bro, i stick to the real deal rather than the alternatives that are 5x more expensive and 5x less effective. As to answer ur question heres his references.

Thanks for the references bro. Unfortunately, two of the three are still in press, which means they're not out yet to read (how convenient for him). The one that is out doesn't appear to be a scientific journal but a news report of some kind. You are probably wise not to believe his bs. He has given you no hard evidence to support his claims. That kinda makes me think he is scamming you. If he had real evidence, he would have given it to you. He didn't so that may mean it doesn't exist.

Anyone else out there know anything about these compounds?
