Headaches

4 weeks into a 50mg ed T-bol only cycle and the last 3 workouts I've gotten a splitting headache literally the instant that I exert myself.

For example, first thing I did today at the gym was a weighted pull-up and right away I got the pain. Workout before that was legs and it was the first squat. Same thing on the bench the time before that.

This has never happened before in all the years of working out. Anyone experience this before?
 
sure sounds like hi BP- if you have access to a sphygmomanometer i would take a reading in the am,noon,then evening this will give you a more accurate reading, lots of water ,cardio and taurine will also help lower bp.

Definitly sound like hypertension (high blood pressure). Just t-bol tho, wouldnt think that would really do it, maybe cause your workouts are more intense than when you not on
 
Take your pre work out dose early'r and drink more water when you take it ,i noticed the same think if i took it to close to lifting .

got that same thing when i go over 30/mg of d-bol---and it was BP---like stupid blow a gasket high...but at 30 75/120--while on

like everyone says, cut dose add water, ramp up and spring for a $80 BP monitor---i reached my life goal when my arm would not fit into the BP machine at safeway anymore-

I use the wrist one now much easyer , the best buy at gnc .

I have high BP and that causes me severe headaches sometimes.
 
i know this might not be along the lines of bp problems, but I noticed that when I really did a hard upper body workout, shoulders/neck area, that when I exerted myself the next few days, I would get this pounding headache while I was lifting if blood was being pushed harder up towards my head, ie, leg presses, etc. Check your bp at your local walgreens, or go down to your gnc or frys electronics and pick up a bp monitor. I bought a battery operated one for the arm with a large cuff for accurate readings for about 40$ at frys..

Tbol sucks. Get on a real steroid like Tren. No headaches with Tren. Tren is your fren -d. :kaioken:

J/K...... It's your BP, baby. Split your dose a.m /p.m. and drink up that H2O!
