Mine was down to 26 when I did var last time got more bloodwork done 4 months after that test it was 44. Was using Sesapure and fish oil and alot of cardio.

I'm sure once I get my cardio back up that will help. I've also added almonds to my diet, grape juice in the morning with l-glutamine mixed in, some peanut butter, and oats. All sources I found online to get it back up. WHat fish oil or EFAs do you recomend?

Thanks!

I do not give two shits what my HDL is. You can do a search under Ulter to find the reason why, as he has stated his purpose too, which I am in agreement with.

If you take any AAS, most AI's, etc....you are gonna be fucked no matter what.

I just do not think that cholesterol levels are an accurate indicator to go by in healthy AAS using individuals who exercise and eat right. Or rather, you cannot compare them to the studies and horror stories that people try to correlate it with who eat like shit and sit on their asses 21 hours per day.

Try adding in some more cardio if your Triacylglycerol levels are high. Taking in r-ALA will help with this as will watching your intake of junk foods with a lot of sugar and high GI carbs combined with fatty (especially sat fat) foods/meals.

Cardio will not offset AAS induced cholesterol profile, i.e., reduced HDL or reduced good cholesterol. I was in one of the best shape of life and just from 50mg/day of var (nothing else) my HDL levels were screwed up. And I had been running approx 15-20 miles per week on treadmill.

were taken same time as
these lab results.

Total cholesterol, including LDL or bad cholesterol, and triglicerides were still low but I don't know what that means in light of the HDL levels.

How do you know? Maybe your cholesterol would've been a lot worse without the cardio. Your tests don't look bad even though your hdl is on the low side, your ldl and total are really good

It probably would have been worse without the cardio, maybe much worse. But without the AAS the HDL would be normal. It's very low -- 12 -- whereas normal is 40+.
