HMM truthfully IMO that be enough. all kinds of other things you can toss in there with it but I think you are looking for as little as you can get away with ( always the worst Idea) from the way you are asking the question. I take it you are broke?

bro if you have anxiety issues then leave steroids alone. get that issue resolved first. steroids are for perfomance enhancing, not for helping out with anxiety issues.

and yes hcgenerate will plump your nuts up like you won't believe.

i ran deca of all things and ran hcgenerate while on and my nuts never shrunk vs. them turning to raisins when i didn't run generate .. so it works!
