Hcg?

I have never used HCG in my previous 4 cycles which has been about 4yrs now. Just seems that after more current reading it seems to be used alot more then what I've know in the past. Always just done PCT with clomid and nolva he old 300/100/100/50.......40/40/40/20....... method. Never seem to have any problems in the past with getting my libido back at all.

But am I realling missing the boat here or what??? By not using it

I think in recent years it was used primarly during PCT. But now from what I understand the thinking has shifted more to using HCG from the 3rd or 4th week of a cycle thru the end to make PCT more effective. Some of my bros have had excellent results running HCG like this. Just a thought for you.

run it thru out your cycle, end it a week before you start PCT. i do 250iu's every 4 days

Well, ,HCG became a must, when people started overdosing steroids. What looks like a newbie cycle today, consisting of 500mg/week of test enanthate, IS overdose, never even thought about in the past. (Arnold days)

Low doses always work for me. I shit bricks when I see people doing 800-1000mg a week. Foolishness.

Most I've done is 500 per week. This time I was going to start with 325 of sust since it's been a while
