i am finishing up a cycle of 300mg deca a week and 200mg of EQ every 3 days. i have 2 shots of 5000IU HCG. when should i be taking them?

three weeks after your last injection, start the HCG. You should 1000iu of the HCG ED or 2000iu every third day not "two shots of 5000iu". You will also need nolva with the HCG and after as well...

EQ every 3rd day????? why, it's half-life is around 14days you only need to shoot it once a week.
HCG I have in everyone of my cycles and do it at 500iu/ED for 2wks. mid-cycle and 2wks before Clomid.

Swale, a doctor that posts on the Anabolic Science, Cutting Edge Muscle, and Anabolic Fitness boards recommends using HCG at 500-1000ius 2 consecutive days(ie.Saturday and Sunday) every week to keep the testes from atrophy throughout your cycle. I think Lawnsaver already follows this practice.

Is IM or subcutaneous injection better for HCG.

What is the longest you should keep HCG in your fridge? I'm on a 10 week cycle of Test E (500mg/wk).

yes, use BW to make it keep longer. People generally say it's good for 4-6 weeks with BW (some a little longer), 10 days with the water that comes with it.

Whats up with this 500iu e/d deal. I was under the impression that its halflife is such that once a week is sufficient....

500 IU 2x a week (2 days in a row)

It will last 60 days if BW is used or provided, if it is sterile water or saline solution, it is meant to be used right away and shouldn't be kept too long.

IM or SC work. Easier to do SC if alone, or IM if mixed with gear.

I find trying to prevent atrophy is more productive and safer than trying to revert the atrophy once it sets in! I take 500-1000ius twice a week throughout my cycle. If any still sets in, I will do 500ius for the last 7 to 10 days of my cycle with some n-dex.
