HCG vs HMG

Do folks recommend one over the other for PCT? From what I've read, HMG sounds superior. Stimulates not only LH but FSH as well. Any reason to choose HCG over HMG?

Also, what is the injection protocol for each, dosage and subq or intramuscular?
