Back to your question about HCG.
In my last cycle I ran a 16 week deca Cycle and at week 7 started running HCG at 500iu a week.
I can tell you by week 5 my nuts had shriveled to raisins and after working out or having sex they were literally not there.
By week 9 I had restored them back to normal size with just a little bit of HCG administration. With Small doses of HCG though you should only be on for I think 8-10 weeks at a time then you have to take a 4 week break so you do not cause desensitization of LH in your nuts ( in la dens terms ).
Anyways I ended up having a better recovery than my lifting partner who did not use HCG at all and relied at the end to blast his nuts back to life. (He was on deca too)
The way I look at it is that I would rather keep them alive them trying to bring them back from the dead at the end.
The way I would proceed with your HCG use is Start it at 500iu a week starting at week 7-8. Then the last 10 days of your cycle do 500iu a day. HCG stays in your system for 4 days. So you want the hcg to clear before you start PCT. This is very important. HCG acts as synthetic LH which still suppresses your HPTA.
PCT starts week 16.
