HCG use during Test Dbol Cycle?

I am on a 12 week Test e cycle with Dbol to kickstart. I have some HCG and was thinking about using it to have the best possible recovery. I was told to start the last 4 weeks of the cycle, at 500iu a week. Is that correct? Also could the HCG be used for a longer period leading up to PCT? For example 6 or 8 weeks before PCT. Anything is appreciated!

26, 6ft, 235lbs, 10-15%, Diet is pretty clean about 2500 calories now. 250 Protein, 250 Carbs, 50 Fat. I am 3 weeks into my Test E (250 E3.5D) and Dbol (30mg)cycle. I have Arimidex 0.5mg ED then will go 0.5mg EOD after Dbol. PCT Clomid and Nolva together with IGF-1 half way through PCT to help with recovery. Thanks!!

I assume since you are using dbol that you are trying to put on weight. You might want to reconcider your dietary needs if you want to put on mass. At 2500 calories you will just be spinning your wheels and not making any gains. PS that is more of a cutting diet at those macros.

Personally I would want My macros to be a lot higher if I am going to be on gear. Screw all this "lean gaining" BS. If you want to get big you have got to eat big and lift big no exceptions. You will put on fat but that fat will be irelative when you start to cut anyways and realize that it only takes a few weeks to cut all the fat but takes months to fluctuate in muscle mass.

For your size your macros should be more around
Protein 350 - 400 g
carbs 400-500 g
fats 65-90 g
Total Calories Min=3600 Max=4410

Gear only amplifies the effects of bodybuilding.

Am I the only one who caught this?

You have a point bro but I disagree. This guy is already huge. 235 6' 10%. IMO lean mass is a great way to roll if you're just trying to fine tune the machine, which at these stats, thats probably exactly what he's trying to do. However, he hasn't really gone into detail about his goals so we can only guess.

Lean mass is good. No doubt. But lean mass is only good when you know your body fat percentage into a certain range and are taking the right gear to supplement your goals.

1st. I do not believe these stats just because of the 10 to 15 % range of BF. If you do not know within 1 to 2 % likely you have not had it checked in a while and are just assuming.

2nd If we were going for lean mass gains I would be expecting the person to be in the lower BF range of around 4-6% and not wanting to make any signifigant gains in mass.

3rd if you are taking dbol you better be looking to put on mass.

4th if you are wanting to stick with "lean gains" do not use gear. It blows my mind all the guys that want to use gear and just put on a few lean pounds of muscle when they are not using gear for what it was designed for. If you want to put on just a few pounds just train naturally and stick with it a couple of years for those solid lean gains. If you are willing to make the next step and use gear go balls to the wall and try to put on as muscle as synthetically as possible while your test levels are that high. Thats just my 2 cents

Yes I know I am going to up my calories to benefit more. I was trying to gain but not add too much fat. But back to the hcg question guys.
