HCG timing relative to test injection

For the people on doctor-prescribed HCG when do you take your HCG injection relative to the test shot? Day before? night before? same time? After?

HRT ... Same time because the dosage isn't enough for a rush.

On cycle, I keep them 4 hours apart.

I shoot the test eth and HCG within a couple minutes of each other.

Doc has me inj day 3 after injection.
