Hcg ruined?????

Well took my hcg out of the fridge last night. Did my dead and forgot to put it away till about 12 hrs later. The room i left it in was airconditioned set at 67 degrees. Did i ruin it?

What is the protocol on that? I thought hcg is ok if left in a cool dry place and away from light? Should I be putting it in the fridge for now on right after I mix it?

Once mixed, store it in the fridge.

I keep mine if the fridge. I read it's good for 30 days in the fridge.
