HCG Question

Guys, I need a quick answer since I'm sitting here naked with a spike and some HCG in my hand.

I have a different type of HCG this time (one that I've never used before). It comes in a green and white box and a bunch of chinese writing on it. Anyway, the sterile water is in a hard plastic bottle, so how do I draw it out and inject it into the vial with the powder? The pin is going to break if I try and stab it in the hard plastic.

Naw, it was the type that you have to break off, I figured it out. I knew I'd have to break it, I just figured I'd ask so I don't shatter the bottle and send HCG flying all over the room.
