HCG Question

Hi, currently 4th week into my 1st cycle of sust @500mg ew for 10 weeks.
Everythings going really well but I am still a little unsure about my pct.

I plan on doing 50mg ed of clomid for 3 weeks ,starting 2 weeks after my last shot of sust. Ive had a lot of mixed advice about whether or not I will need hcg so I am airing on the side of caution and i am going to do it.

My question is... 1-when after my last shot of sust should i start taking hcg?
2-how much should i take, how often and for how long?
3-is it better to inject into the muscle or under the skin?

you should be taking hcg during the cycle, because if you use it during pct, it will keep your natural production from returning to normal..
