hcg or no for var

Hi guys I could really use some advice on my pct. I did a car only cycle at 40mg for six weeks. I have hcg and nolva and was going to do jenetics pct of 1000 hcg 3x a week for 3 weeks with 20 mg nolva weeks 1-6. But I was told the hcg would hurt more than it helps. What should I do?
