Hcg on cycle...Need advice

alot of ppl are tellin me not to do hcg on cycle but i read so much about it and it seem like a good idea..ne ways,, wut doses do u guys recomend...and wut how much adex a day should i take etc..currrently on week 4 of t-bol test cycle..test is at 500mg wk and tbol at 30 mg day ....Ne replys would help

you take a-dex on heavy cycle or if you are prone to gyno or have bad estrogen in the lowest posssible dose the least often. .25 /ed or eod works for most bros

hcg is just a choice. some bros do not like their nads to shrink, some like to maintain a bit of natty test production, some think it will have a rebound effect in the long run or desensitize the leydig cells.....their is all sorts of studies at every dose imaginable. thus, your choice.

me, i never exceed 250 2x a week when on a cycle of 500/week of test.

yea i think i might be prone to gyno cuz my nipples randomly start hurting so i jus take a small dose of adex and it goes aaway so im ognna continu taking .25mg eod
