HCG midcycle

OK...I have done a search and there are over 10 pages and even more opinions on the subject.

I believe HCG will be beneficial to me mid cycle and towards the end BUT not after with clomid.

Since I am running EQ for ten weeks, my androgen levels will be high in my blood for over 14 weeks so I think a LITTLE HCG would be good after 8-10 weeks.

I have read a major problem in restarting hpta is testes ability to react because they have been dormant for too long.

How much HCG mid cycle?

Any comments would be appreciated.

If you do hcg @ about 500iu/day for the week before you start clomid, I was told that will help sensitize the testes to LH (leutenizing hormone (sp?))... Doses of 1000iu or more will suppress the hpta somewhat and that is why you shouldn't use it post cycle with clomid... And I don't see the point in using it mid cycle...

It should be used for 2 week periods during a cycle right up to the start of clomid. Using it mid-cycle can prevent atrophy and make recovery easier. Heres an example:

13 Week Cycle

Week 1 - 6 Dbol
Week 1-10 Sust
Week 1-10 Deca
Week 7-13 Winny
Week 1-16 Arimidex
Week 14 Begin Clomid

Week 3-4 500 IU HCG ED
Week 7-8 500 IU HCG ED
Week 11-12 500 IU HCG ED

I only use it with heavy androgens. I do 1000 ius ed for 10 days about 3 weeks before clomid begins.

Yes using it mid cycle is a very good idea. I would use it in the middle 2 weeks, about 1000-1500 iu's every 3 days. Will make recovery quicker, and gains better..

I have taken a few shots (1500 IU) spaced a few days apart in the middle of my cycle and it was great! I felt a lot better!! I would say that Nimrod gave the best advice.

Yeah...from what I've been reading Bill Roberts also recommends doing 500iu of HCG. Its a good dose...enough to stimulate the testes but low enough not to desensitize them.

I am ordering some.

Keep it in the fridge or the freezer?

...great advice bro....I was wondering, I'm on **'s clomid as of right now and I'm in 3rd week and my pecker and nuts feel pretty useless at this stage and I was wondering if using HCG after clomid would help me in anyway....I did not get any last cycle...like an idiot

Definitely don't want to do that.

This will just screw up hpta even more. Just continue with the clomids.

When did you start the clomid and how are you taking them? They are useless if androgens in the blood are still high.

My androgen levels should have dipped considerably, I waited 3 weeks after my last injection....I do not think that taking it after my clomid would screw my HPTA levels either...

The androgen rise caused by HCG will shut down your HPTA, no doubt about it. Do not use it after clomid. IMO the clomid isnt working because IP clomid is shit.

Damnit. I've heard good things about IP clomid, not to mention that I'm on it right now. What makes you say it is shit. This scares me.

Keeping the gains is not a problem....I am very strict with my diet and do not miss a meal....I just want to get my hpta back up tp par...I'm going to finish **'s clomid and then if I don't feel normal after that... a few weeks later I will get more clomid and run clomid therapy all over again....or just start another cycle....tee hee
