HCG: How much? How often? When?.....

I 'm hopin some of the senior guys will toss me some knowledge on the use of HCG post cycle. Specifically:

After a 10 week cycle ( sust/fina/dbol) should the hcg be done on the 1st day of clomid therapy? How much should a 190lb guys use. Multiple injections over days/weeks ?

My axis was shut down hard after my 1st cycle ( fina/dbol) and it took 3 weeks of clomid to get back up to stallion mode - thus my major interest in coming off my next cycle properly.

This is what I do: I use 3000 iu, wait 4 days, take another 1000 iu and 4 days later another 1000 iu. Then I start the clomid after my last HCG shot.

Interesting - how quickly do your nat hormone levels get back up to 90%+ ? Why wait to start the clomid tho?

Actually after HCG they should rather be in the 300% zone. And I use HCG before Clomid because I read that it is better than to use both at the same time. Don't ask me about the medical, chemical, hormonal, whatever, background of this bc I don't know. I do know that it works great for me that way.
