i just got my hcg,under the brand name profasi hp5000,

i ahve no idea how to mix this and inject,first its 5000i.u,and again inside the pack there is powder and also bac water,how would i mix this?do i need another container to totally mix them together,then draw out with a syringe,pls help out,
then again,what type of needle for injecting?also the dossages how do i get for example 1000 i.u from the final mixture for injection .pls i need all the help
