You want to use it the week or two prior to starting clomid, 500IU dialy is a good dose. Start clomid a couple days after HCG. You need a slin pin each injection, dont reuse. Its recommended to use bacteriostatic water with it so it will keep for more than 48 hours. You inj it sub-q, midsection is fine, pinch some skin and shoot it under the skin.

You should be injecting 2,000 U three times a week for three weeks, beginning the week of your last anabolic injection. you should be using Nolvadex at the same time and continuing it for 6 weeks total. You inject HCG IM--glutes or thigh using 22 or 23g syringe--same as for your other IM injections.

im about to finish my clomid after a heavy deca/test/fina cycle, I still feel like my natural test levels are low (for some obvisous reasons!) would hcg benifit me in anyway?


DrJMW~ do you no recomend using a slin needle with hcg? seems like there would be alot of waste in a 23g

Doc, judging by your comments you must not feel there is any danger of reduced LH sensitivity by injections over 1000IU? Can you elaborate your thoughts on this please.

HCG mimics out own LH which is diminushed due to a cycle. The external introduction of it will trigger the testis to produce test and ideally reverse the atrophy that has occured during the cycle. It is kind of a catch 22 though since while HCG is being administered it will interfere with your own LH production. Because of that it would seem the best time to use it is prior to starting your post cycle clomid (or nolva therapy).

So i got the 2 vials(one is bact. water) and a 1cc insulin pin. NOW.. How do I mix? Use another syringe to draw out water?Howdo I load up the insulin pin? Sorry for all the q's but thats what were here for right?
