I WANT TO RUN HCG IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CYCLE IM CURRENTLY DOING WEEK 1-8 500 SUS AND WEEK 2-9 WINNY 50MG ED WHICH WEEK WOULD YOU START THE HCG IN THE MIDDLE AND HOW MUCH AND HOW LONG IM GOING ON WEEK 4 MONDAY FREAKING VEINS AND PUMPS ARE ON REAL PROVIRON IS WORKING GOOD ON THIS GEAR!!!

500 ius ED for however long you run it. i've done it mid cycle, and inbetween cycles, when not coming off. usually do 10 days or 20 days.

500 ED will help with estrogen. nolva as well, but why not do it the safest way when dealing with estrogen. otherwise i agree and have done that before also.

If I were you I would take 500ius Sat and Sun for the rest of the cycle. This will revert the atrophy and keep it from coing back. In the future take 500ius every 4-5 days to prevent the atrophy from ever setting in, in the first place.

500ius will not create a large increase in serum estrogen, so an anti-E or A is nopt neccesary, but controling estrogen overall is key as well!

Lawnsaver- Is there a reason to using the HCG two days in a row ie.Sat+Sun? For my next cycle I'm going to run HCG from weeks 2-9 at like 1000iu's split up twice a week (2, 500iu shots) Should I space the shots out to like mon+thursday or Sat+Sun like your post above?
I've read that HCG has a works for like 5 days in the body.

You have the right idea, but you are going to have to find out what works best for you! Some like the Sat/Sun schedule, some like the every 4th day schedule. I would always recomend using the smallest dose possible to get the job done!

insulin pin in the lower ab fat area sub-Q is the easiest. you can go IM if you want to though, i don't see any reason to stick a big needle in yourself if you don't have to though.
