HCG help needed

hello:
I have amps of HCG - 5000iu in each amp. It's just a white mass in there. I guess I need bac water but what do I mix it in? I saw that one place has a 30ml vial of bac water. ?
How is it normally done? sorry - my first time using the stuff obviously.. thanks!

I mix right in the syringe.

Add 1ml of bac. water to the vial to reconstitue the H.C.G. Then draw the mixture back into a 5cc syringe, draw another 4ml out of the bac. water vial for a total of 5ml.

You now have H.C.G. in the syringe at 1000IU/ml. You can inject as little as 500IU (0.5ml) at a time. The remaining material should be stored in a refrigerator and will be good for about 30 days.
