HCG for a 5 month cycle.

Just curious how to run HCG throughtout a 2o week cycle.

I originally planned on running 500iu EOD, but now im hearing alot about downregulated gonadotropin issues with prolonged HCG usage. Ive been reading that HCG should not be used for more than 4 weeks. Any truth to this???

What about running 10,000iu after 10 weeks and another 10,000iu for PCT??

Yes it can desensitize leydig cells and harm natural LH production, but only if abused . 500iu EOD for a few weeks is certainly not overboard, and nolvadex run alongside is helpful in preventing any possible problems, such as possible downregulation and/or estrogen elevations. 10,000iu sounds like overkill. I personally ran a meager 1500iu every fourth day for about three weeks towards the end of an 8 month cycle, and test levels were back in normal ranges by week 6 of nolv/clomid PCT. In my experiences, not much has to be used for good results.

For a 5 month cycle I would run 1,000IU of HCG M,W,F every 6th week. This is what I do now on HRT.

Why a 20 week cycle? make that a 12 week cycle and run your HCG 1 week prior and for PCT.
