HCG during/after/both?

Im almost done with my cycle....I have one more week of test/eq and then I'm going to continue with the var for another two weeks. I am pretty sure as to what I'm going to do regarding PCT; start nolva two weeks after my last shot of test/eq at 20mg ed for about 4 weeks simultaneusly with HCG 500ius eod for about 2 weeks. I've also been using AIFM so I'll continue that as well.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions on how you would run it?

I have a feeling that will work out nicely for you... my current PCT was also started 2 weeks after my last test shot (deca was stopped 2 weeks before that)... I did 500iu HCG ED for 10 days, along with AIFM and Clomid (my preference over Nolva)... first time I tried a PCT this way and it seems to be working... next time, I will try the same thing only go for 500iu HCG EOD for 10-14 days.

Good idea to keep the HCG dose low if your on AIFM ....

I made the mistake of hitting up about 1500 to 2000 iu and ended up with a red rash covering 50 % of my body ..... it's a reaction between the AIFM and HCG that macro explained away , so keep the HCG dose low .

Clomid works better for me in PCT then nolv but thats up to you ....
