HCG, Arimidex, Nolva during cycle?

For my 1st cycle I'm planning on 500mg Test En and 400mg EQ for 10 weeks.
I plan to take HCG 500IU/wk throughout cycle + 1 week.
Should I take Arimidex or Nolva along with this cycle.

Arimidex seems to be the better choice since it actually lowers estrogen levels rather than block receptors, but I have no experience so I'm asking for help from those who do.

5'10", 165 lbs, 10% BF

no need to run hcg throughout imo, run it a week in the middle of cycle if you want, then for pct. arimidex is better to run throughout, save nolva for pct.

if i were you i would save the eq and run the test alone,dont stack on 1st cycle at 5' 10'' 165 you will get all the size you want off test only.

and read and study then read some more. good luck.

Good advice there. I would also reccomend you going over to the PCT forum and reading all the stickies. They explain PCT well.
