HCG and Nolva concurrently ?

Should Nolvadex and HCG be run at the same time post-cycle ? I have been reading like mad all the threads especially the sticky and there seems to be some conflicting recommendations heck, there does not seem to be a consensus on the half-life of test cyp ! Is there a conclusive recommendation about not doing Nolva at say 40mgs q day while doing HCG at 1500IUs q 4 days at beginning 12 days post cycle ? Is doing the Nolva just a waste or is it helpful ? I have 10,000 of HCG and 100 20mg Nolva. Mild testicular atrophy after test cyp only cycle of 4 mos.

If you read the PCT sticky on this board drjmw, who's well respected on this board, has a very good PCT to follow. It's very similar to some others PCTs I've read elsewhere. As you've found there are many opinions about this also.
