Honestly when I lift, no matter what exercise, no matter what bodypart etc etc, I am always lifting a respectable amount of weight, and not too sound arrogant or proud by any means(its just the truth) but all my lifts are no joke, kind of like "I dont think most of you could even barely hang", maybe a couple with sharp emphasis on couple. Point being that all this heavy, perfect form and execution that I have been implementing in years of training has basically developed my forearms with any specific forearm training, forearms come with time and years of doing exercises that require a solid and focused grip because whatever your pushing or pulling requires everything in you for that day. When I train I train for all aspects of bodbuilding and what makes a physique. A complete physique comes from respectable: Density, Shape, Mass, Definition, Muscle Maturity and Devotion. I train for all around , never focusing on one thing. Fuck I'm high as hell typing crazy shit, I gotta go, (all of the above is the truth but I definitely could of gotten my point across in a few sentences, my bad). peace
