havoc cycle .. will be keeping a log

wats goin on guys

I am going to be running a havoc cycle starting the first week of august. Right now I am finishing a clen/t3 cycle. the reason I am posting now is I wanted to order it now so it will be waiting for me when I get home (going to FL and mexico for a month). Heres how I will be running it.

Cycle support 2 weeks before
Glucosamine and fish oil 2 weeks before
AX perfect cycle 3 days before

havoc week 1: 20mg
week 2: 30mg
week 3: 40mg
week 4: 30mg

PCT: starting the day i take my last havoc cap
gaspari novedex or AX PCT week 1-2: 3 caps week 3: 2 caps week 4: 1 cap
sustain alpha weeks 1-4

This is my first havoc cycle I think i have read every thread on this product and hope i have everything covered. Can you guys please give me some input on what I dont need or what I need to add.

before i forget..

im 21 yrs old
have done a deca/test cycle 3 years ago (learned my lesson .. educate before anything)

5'10
208 lbs around 12% bf
lift 5x a week
-bi's tri's
-back shoulders
-chest
-legs every sunday
-45 min of cardio a day except sunday only 15 min

bench: 285 8x
squat: 405 6x
deadlift: 225 15x (going for more definition)

diet:
variation of chicken, steak, ground beef, brown rice, salsa, spinach, broccolli, broccilli rabe, sugar snap peas, adarme beans, apples, bananas, whole wheat bread, peanut butter and whey protien (mix daily for some sort of variation of food)

once a month one day no food at all only a system clenser

every sunday cheat meal of nana's pasta

gallon+ water intake a day
 
Get some Taurine and use 10g a day. Havoc will cause some serious low back pumps, and the taurine should help with this. You will have a hard time with squats and deads without it. I would make sure to get at least TWO GALLONS of WATER a day. Good luck and keep us posted.

anyone else .. is the pre lading and PCT good .. should i taper down my last week or just keep it going the same or bump it up 10mg

I bumped mine up in after the second week. Also, I never got any lower back pumps and the only sides I got were the really annoying ones like, you know... mass, strength, and vascularity

Deadlift 225X15 (going for more definition)




You'll get more mass AND definition with heavier deadlifts. You won't have a more chiseled and defined chest by doing 135 for 75 reps vs lifting 315 for 10 reps a set.

Definition come from the low body fat, not rep count.

Yes I have heard this from other people that have taken it that it shuts you down hard.

It shut me down hard, but it was worth it imo. I am four weeks into my PCT and still gaining strenght and size. I feel fully recovered. In another month or so I am gonna get on that Cyclo/Phera/Derma stack and I can't freakin wait!! :evil: :evil: :p

The Phera plex is one of the strongest compounds I have tried I believe.Gave me really bad head aches though and I ended up dropping it and going with straight Cyclotren for a while.I will probably run Havoc with the Cyclotren in another week or so.I wanted to run 3 weeks of solid Cyclotren alone to see what the results are like.I love this stuff by itself so far.It seems to be very mild as far as sides and my muscularity is very noticeable even though my bf is still pretty high from bulking up.Pumps in the gym are amazing and veins are all over the palce along with my intensity in the gym.I will probably add the Havoc and bulk for another month before I start to cut up slowly.I am weighing 220 now and hoping to go up to 230 then cut to around 210 or so at 8-10% bf.
 
What was your dose on the Phera? I am going to use it, because I have it, but I think I might run it low to avoid too many sides.

I ran 2 a day and got the head aches.Not every one gets them and people that do say they go away after the first week but I am a wimp when it comes to sides especially ones that I can feel.
