Punk - you need to post up your training and meal schedule for everyone to see.


For those who don't know Havoc is a genetic freak. 240 pounds at 7% body fat, lifetime natural. I think everyone can learn something concernind the science of bodybuilding from this guy.

Meal 1- 1 chicken breast, 3 egg whites with cream cheese, piece of wheat toast, half an apple with peanut butter
Meal 2- Chicken breast, beans, rice, handful of walnuts, scoop of whey protein
Meal 3- same
Meal 4- same
Meal 5- Chicken breast, half an apple with peanut butter(Workout)
Meal 6- Shake(isopure)
Meal 7 - Steak with banana or Plantain
Meal 8- Chicken Breast or Turkey Pattie(fat free)

Sun-chest
Mon- Calves and abs
Tues- Back
Wed-Shoulders
Thurs- Arms(once every 2 weeks), calves
Fri- Legs
Sat- off

I have an A and B workout for every body part, one week is totally different from the next week, but the week 3 will be the same as week 1, I pick 3-4 exercises, warm up on every and each exercise to show my ligaments, tendons and mind whats about to do down, no matter if I'm warm or not from previous exercises, then I perform 2-3 real sets, usually mixing it up, for example on squats I do a set of 5, 10, then 15. Thats it. peace, hope this helps someone.
 
Quick Question, I can tell based on you diet you are not a big tuna fan, join the club. What/How do you prepare/pre-cook your chicken boobs? @ 5-6 boobs a day, i assume you prepare most in advance.

I just cook my cleavage at night in the oven, I make some Lipton intant soup, pour it over my cleavage and cook.

Max's (Bench, squat, dead, etc - if you do max)?
Supplements, if any (timing in regimen optional)?

Around 5'10, Weight is 242 at about 6% right now.
Incline Bench- 385 for 2 reps
Squat - 585(6 plates) for 2 reps(2 hard fought reps)
Dead- 600 for 2 reps

Nothing spectacular, but its good for me and I'm happy with it.

Not a fan of the flat bench to be honest, maybe could get 405 once, not sure, talk about pain.

I max maybe once every 4 months. peace
No supps, except protein powder(whey)
