Having trouble sleeping

I have the same problem but I take a piss and go back and get a drink of water! It just doesn't stop! I took the double dosage of tylenol pm last night and slowly getting better but i'm going to get some of the sleeping aids that you guys recommended. Also if I start to experience hair loss, what should I do? Hasn't started but wanted to know for future reference.
 
I also have trouble sleeping when taking gear. I've tried meletonin but had dismal results. I get up on an average of 3 times per night hungry as hell, so my nights are spent drinking protein shakes and eating ice creame.

Division.

Ambien is not the answer to AAS-related sleep problems. It is considered a hypnotic drug and can be dangerous. I used it and admit it works great, but it is very easy to become addicted to it. If someone is on a 6-8 week cycle, and taking Ambien to combat the insomia then they are setting themselved up for addiction to this drug.
