especially when it takes u months and months to get back. Especially when there is nothing you can do about it.

i was just looking at some old pictures and realized how much physical progress and money this shit cost me.

sorry just venting...

jon your health is more important than anything else IMO
yes surgeries suck but there is no reason why you cant get back to where you once were, and even beyond that
keep your head up
 
dood im trying ...its fucking been since april......i think....dont even know anymore

still routine post op doc appointments...

im a strong guy but there is a point to where u are just like "what the fuck"

2. I cant leave till im done with this bullshit.
3. Who knows when that will be.

yeah surgeries suck. the worst for me is that i always wake up in the middle of the shit.

lol tell me about it. Just as I was getting over my first hernia surgery I get hit with another one 10 times as bad.

I can't wait to be 100% again.

Same here. Lost great chances for football and basketball scholarships when I snapped my ACL. Had to wait about a year to get surgery (no insurance) and I could barely squat the bar for 5 reps when I got back to working it. My first 40 after the surgery was a mind-blowing, world rocking....5.72!! Worked on it though, got the squat back up fairly high, gained back some size with OMEGA's help, and back to 4.68. I'll be walking on to a D 1AA school after I get my associates next year.
Just keep working bro. You'll be happy you did.
