the first time i took it i took cell tech for about 6 weeks, the first week loading stage which was 20 g a day, thena maintenece of 10 g for 5 more weeks. now that i have started it again about 2 months since i used cell tech, i just use prolab creatine monohydrate and have loaded the first week, 20g a day, and now take 5 g a day. and also yogurt has like 40g of carbs in them
