Having limited time to workout

I'm sure there are others here who just don't seem to find the time to get in a workout. Or maybe you do. If you do how do you do it? Do you have a set amount of time put aside to get something in, or do you just work one muscle group and call it a day? I'm curious to see how others handle it with little time in the day.

I have a set time on MWF that I lift. I don't lift around my schedule, I schedule around my lifting. It's a mindset. Keep the movements compound (squats, presses, rows, deadlifts), and you'll be out of the gym after a few exercises. You will probably be better off for it anyway. Some things just have to give though. Other hobbies have to take a back seat. TV is mostly out on weekdays for me (DVRs rule).

I own a retail franchise and I am SUPER busy (yet find time to play on here all day... ) anyway my workout time is 10-12 everyday (this includes meal, workout, shower, meal) nobody interferes with this schedule

If its important enough to you, you will find time in your schedule no matter how busy you are. Lifting the big compound lifts three times a week doesn't take much time at all.

Thanks for the replys. I think I will shoot for 3 times a week with the Big 3 and work from there. I figure at least I will get something in.
