I have to a class worth 20 credits in order to renew my PT cert. Have any of you taken DSW courses which one and how did you like it?

ive taken a few, i love them, i actually take as many as my time permits, for the CEC's or not just for the fact that you can learn so much. i am a firm beliver in the fact that having a cert doesnt mean shit. the ones who continue to leanr and read and experiement are the real trainers. i would take any of them, but personally i wuld recommend you to find class's that pertain your niche- Elderly, women, youth, athletes, blah, blah.

Great place!

I'd rather take something like strenght training, but I know 9 out of 10 clients are gonna come in to loose weight. So im thinking its between these 2

The Essence of Dumbbell Training
Over 100 exercises and progressions and 400 photos covering basic movements for upper- and lower-body functional strength, core development and more are included in this course. Learn everything from the history of dumbbells to workout protocols. Train your clients to build multidirectional total body power with complete progressions for all body parts and applications. This course is for fitness professionals, coaches and anyone who wants to get the most out of dumbbell training!

The Essence of Stability Ball Training
JC Santana guides you through the complete spectrum of progressions for exercising all body parts using the stability ball. You’ll learn body-weight as well as external-resistance exercises. All 200 exercises are illustrated and presented in order of difficulty, from the easiest to the most complex.

I presonally think I will find the The Essence of Dumbbell Training more interesting, but the only reason I would take the stability ball course is cause I see a lot of trainers use them with clients, and Im not really a huge fan of them.
