Butt can Wiccans build fine hand made furniture, sew a quilt, or shoe a horse?
You'd probably be surprised at how many of them are virtually homesteaders.
Two things I've noticed, get pagans together and it's amazing the high percentage of them that are in the health care industry (not doctors, nursing and other professions), human and social services, teaching, and IT, and the utter lack of bankers and lawyers (I've never met a pagan lawyer or CPA personally, I've been told they exist). Second, also remarkable how many cultivate self reliance, in that they have functioning gardens, do their own food preservation, have chickens, goats and so forth, have solar/geothermal homes, etc.
A higher percentage of pagans also live off their skills, custom made clothing, shoes, wine, mead, drums, hides, skins, leather garments, stained glass, pottery, you name it. Festivals always have a craftsman's row and those people are some variation on pagan.
