i don't smoke weed. i don't criticize those that do, however. enjoy it if you want.

i've still got a lot of anger and rage i need to get out. a bad leg day today just topped it all off for me.

back hurts too damn much to do the workout again. that was the problem the entire time. been hurting like fuck since yesterday afternoon. and i had to skip my legs workout last friday and couldn't get it in over the weekend either. that made everything hurt today, even though i did some other leg work this week.

on a side note, i need to stop carrying my cell phone on my belt. i keep thinking i'm carrying when i'm not. *EDIT* - i HATE cell phones. had to get one out of necessity, though.

i'm still very pissed off. too much personal shit is really getting to me and it's fucking me up this semester big time. can't avoid it, can't put it aside for later.

i think it's time to buy a new gun and go get some aggression out on the range. been meaning to get an AK-47 for a while now.
