Bromo gives me worse sides than dostinex. Lethargic as all get out. I am back to using Vitex as preventative and keeping bromo and dostinex for a worse case.

i can only speak from personal exp. i used 1/2 tab bromo a day, no sides and it did the job for cheap. Post over.
