I hope everyone has a good winter or summer for those in Aussie land . I will be with my family and relaxing for a while. I will not be posting on this board for a time due to redundancy and childish behavior. We use to have a cool crew that would put up ideas and back them up with proof (real results), not petty arguments.

I will too be goin away and taking a break I'm gonna try to get one or two days in the gymn but it will be hard. Oh well a little break is good every now and then. Anyways I'll be off the board for a while too after this weekend. happy holidays Merry XMAS.
