Would i see good results if i take all three in the morning time and then workout later in the day?? and thanks for the post.clen has a half life of 48 hours I believe so once in the morning ( that's how I used to take it) is necessary. You can say you drank too much coffee if you get the jitters for the first few days if someone notices it, lol
winny twice a day is fine. and t3 once a day.
edit: please make sure you did your research with the t3. that can mess up your thyroid if you do not supplement it right. ramp up slowly, and ramp down slowly as well.

Thanks sweed for the information i will give it a shot.Needto, just because you get the jitters for a few hours after you take them and they go away, that doesn't mean it's not in your system anymore. it has a half life of 48 hours, so once a day is fine I would believe.
BodyND... test it out. one week take it all in the AM. the next week take it AM and then in the afternoon.
If you loose the same amount of weight or bf, then it won't matter.
