I'm going to assume you're an average guy (200lbs. +/-) but your stats would help, usually it goes like this:
2 weeks on:
Day 1-6: 20mcg
Day 7-9: 40mcg
Day 10-14: 60mcg
2 weeks off:
you whatever you want off, AF store is good, check out NYC etc...
2 weeks on:
Day 1-5: 30mcg
Day 6-10: 50mcg
Day 11-14: 80mcg (IF you can handle it, if not stick to 60-70 range)
2 weeks off:
* above
repeat for about 6 weeks total.
I personally don't go over 100mcg, I have tried before, it's a bit much. Usually, with clen either you are CNS responsive or not, some people can take 20,000mcg and go to sleep, some take 20mcg and are hyper as hell. So guage your dosages on your response rate/time etc... your body is the BEST tool for you to know the right dosages, not me or anyone else. As you progress with clen and other product use, just as with AS, you will be able to feel what's right for you.
