Havac and Icon cycle

What would be a good PCT for them? I'm thinking of just getting some nolvadex. Is it enough? I'm also going to do monsterdol and icon in the summer and am thinking of the same thing. And for cycle/liver support i was going to do some milk thistle.
Any help would be appreciated.

def get a liver support .. JAM has some good products .. i used cycle support on it and it worked great .. i would also def beef up your PCT havoc will shut you down hard
