Has N-Large II got L-Glutamine?

I read something on the label that said 9.2g L-Glutamic Acid. Is this the same thing as L-Glutamine? If so ive been taking around 20g in my shakes. eeek :/

The 9.24g/serving(4 scoops) of L-Glutamic acid in the NLarge is not the same thing as 9.24g of L-Glutamine. You will still need to supplement extra glutamine.
