Bro, dont waste your time with that. You are better off using the usuals, creatine, protein, and glutamine along with a multi vitamin and some flax seed oil. Beyond that, if you are convinced you are going to try a prohormone I would suggest a topical, example Biotest's androsl. Also I heard a lot of positive feedback on 1-ad however it definatlely did not agree with my stomach. Good luck to ya.
