this 'raw liguid egg whites' product? basically it egg whites, pastuerised to remove the risk of salmonella but not cooked, so it doesnt dentature the protein.

Well I do not use them specifically, but pasteurized egg whites are safe and more effective than Whey IMO.

in just about everyones opinion i think. even the best whey is only around 80% bioavailable, egg whites are 100%, arent they?

I believe so, or damn near it anyways. I buy them at the local supermarket and drink them straight out of the carton.

what?! i have honestly, never seen anything like that for a sale in supermarket here in the uk. i just have to eat them in omelettes, and let me tell you, cracking and removing the yolks from 8-10 eggs at a time is a pain. especially if your clumsy like me, and get it over your shirt, the side, the floor etc

I'll add my 2 cents anyway... I used their product for over a year... it's pretty good and super convenient...comes in a large tub, frozen, they are pasteurized so you can drink them down raw and they give you a pump for metered doses...the only downside is that they were a bit on the pricey side, especially when considering shipping... when they offered discounts or free shipping, then it was definitely worth it...otherwise, you can get them at the local grocery store for the same price if not cheaper.
