Yeah, I saw Body Worlds 2. Interesting, and very well done.

My class went to it a couple months ago. But we went to something even better yesterday. Our class viewed an autopsy of a man who blew his head off with a 20g shotgun. We got to feel the heart and what was left of the brain. It was fucking insane

It was here in Minnesota, it was rather disturbing when it sinks in that the pieces are real people's body parts..

Yeah, I tried not to think about that too much

It's an exhibit using real human bodies in poses. The artist injected the bodies with something that hardens into a plastic and has them in sport poses, playing cards, stuff like that. I've heard it's really interesting. My mom saw it and said it was really cool. The only thing she had a hard time with was the kids and pregnant bodies.

That room with the pregnant bodies and babies(fetus) had a sign before you enter it that it can be disturbing to some.


I thought it was amazing how they were able to do this and display it like they did. It showed the muscular/skeletal/nervous systems in real life form.

It is UNBELIEVABLE! I went twice. Give yourself all day to really take in what you're looking at. I hope it comes back through Seattle again.
