Has anyone returned something to target after 90 days?

i have to bring something back, but it is past their 90 day window.

what is my best method of attack?
 
depends.... do you have a receipt? If you do they will probably issue a credit. They can even look it up if you paid by CC.

Hmmm good point, they'll still most likey take it back and issue you a store credit for the amount that product is selling for currently. So if you paid $45.00 for something and now it's $35, you would get a credit of $35
 
my gf brought it back, with the receipt, and they gave her full credit back on her charge card.

i am beyond shocked. everything i read on the internet was horror stories about target and their returns.

something worked out.

I always have had no trouble at Target.

I used to work there, it totally depends on who the customer service clerk is and how the customer presents the case...if you act like a jackass they'll be a dick in return. if you're cool than they will take it back after 90 days no problem

Did you knwo Costco has a lifetime return policy? If you return anything 1 or 2 years, etc, later... they'll take it back, no problem.

People hve purchased TV's and returned them a year later and repurchased newer models for less money. Damn... I wouldn't do that, but I'm surte there are people who make it a point to do it. I'm also certain that costco and stores like them know who these people are and deal with it accordingly.

I personally have never returned anything to costco. But it's good to know it exists. Especially if electronics stops working a year later. It's like having a warranty.
