First thing I noticed was the wind took my breath away. It was hard to breath for a quick second, but you adjust quickly. I was also a little stunned for a second during the freefall, but it is AWESOME! The most anxious part of the whole trip was the right up in the airplane. I couldn't wait to do the jump! I highly recommend it for thrill seekers.

It was fun, I did it on my lunch break when I was like 19. Super adrenaline rush. Definitely can list a few things that were much better feelings, but it's worth it to try at least once.

did the tandom this summer. waiting 3 hours since the line was so long was the worst part. wasent nervous at all till we got to the edge and looked down, by the time i said "Holy Fuc--" my instructor pushed us out. Did a little roll to see the plane, then realized its hard to hear anything falling that fast. When the chute opened my thighs got wrecked from the straps. but made it alive so all is well.

I did and like said above its awesome ! Cant really describe the feeling I got though, cuz it was scared, anxious, excited all in to one! We jumped at 14,000ft and free fell for a good amount of time. Its a great experience !

I never jumped until I started working with the government. Now I'm so addicted I do it as a hobby as well!

I say go for it. Go for the accelerated free fall (AFF) as your first jump. It's more expensive, but way better than a tandem jump and will lead you to USPA class A certification faster than any other method.

Just looked at my log book... 87 jumps and counting!
