Why not check out your local doctors and see what they charge? If that's too much, try the local gardeners. I hear they can do wonders with a weed whacker.

25 years ago. It was major surgery then now it's usually done at a doctors clinic. Your insurance should cover it. Most benifits program will cover it.

My brother got it done. His insurance covered it. For him it was very worth it...already had a son, and his wife had blood clot problems that made it dangerous for her to be on BC, or to get pregnant.

My dad had it done. Then along came my youngest brother... Had to go back in and get it fixed.

Of course, I was young at the time - I wouldn't be surprised if something else happened.

A buddy of mine just had it done a few weeks ago, and he was out of the hospital within a few hours. Went home laid around for most of the day and by the next day he said he was walking around with very little pain. He's a fuckin pussy too, so it must not be too bad.

I had it done 12 years ago and all is well. If you follow all instructions given by the doctor, you shouldn't have any complications. There are options as fas as to how much of the tube is taken out...if you're positive no kids for you in the future take the 3" option...aka non-reversible.
