Hard Labour...

Any of you guys work hard labour jobs?

I broke my wrist awhile back and just got back into the gym yesterday with no problems, I'm fully healed and ready to go. I also got the okay from my doctor to go back to work tomorrow which is hard labour. It involves a lot of constant lifting and moving around.

Now I'm going to keep my workouts fairly light because I don't want to overtrain but my question to you guys is, how do you manage to get in a good workout after a hard days work?

Before I broke my wrist I always felt tired and sluggish after work. Those feelings really hurt my modivation and rarely did I ever get an intense workout. The pumps sucked and I hated being at the gym but forced myself to stay with it. On my days off from work I loved being at the gym and my pumps were great.

I really want to avoid the tired and sluggish feeling this time around so if you guys have any tips, let me know.

Oh and I'm also starting a Fina only cycle in November. Anyone ever have problems working hard labour and using Fina?

Thanks
